What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, email or WhatsApp number, travel dates, number of travellers and the wishes you write in our forms or messages. To book your services we may also need the names on your passports and your flight numbers. We never ask for card details on this website.
Why we use it
To answer you, prepare your quote, book your services and look after you during your trip. Nothing else: we send no newsletters or offers unless you ask for them.
Who sees it
Only those who need it for your trip: hotels, Nile cruise ships, drivers, guides and airlines, plus the messaging and email services we use, such as WhatsApp and Google. Questions typed into our trip assistant are processed by Cloudflare to write the answer, so please do not type personal details there. We never sell or rent your data.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for your trip and for our accounting records, then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.
Cookies and statistics
The site works without advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser only remembers your own choices, such as language and currency. If we use visitor statistics (Google Analytics) to see which trips interest people, we ask for your consent first, and the site works the same if you decline.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Write to us on WhatsApp or by email and we reply within a few days.
